Information

TheMagicTouch CPM 6.2 has many possibilities for printing. Hard flat materials such as aluminium, beer mats, book covers, sheet materials, wood, cardboard, notebooks, tiles and mirrors are some examples. In combination with a mug press, mugs, cups, bottles and jars are printed.

White toner

The use of white toner enables product decoration regardless of surface colour, a great addition to your product portfolio, because a white background is no longer necessary.

Paper size

To strengthen the correct throughput in the printer, the running direction of the transfer paper is determined during the production process. This prevents the transfer from warping during printing.

For A4 printers we recommend TheMagicTouch CPM 6.2 A4-R and TheMagicTouch CPM 6.2 A4-XL.
For A3 printers we recommend TheMagicTouch CPM 6.2 A3 and TheMagicTouch CPM 6.2 A4.

1. Which blank products can be printed with TheMagicTouch CPM 6.2?

Dibond, aluminium, beer mats, book covers, sheet materials, wood, cardboard, notebooks, tiles, mirrors, mugs, cups, bottles and pots.

2. Can I also print colored blank products?

With a standard color printer you can print white and light-colored products. You can print all colors with a white toner printer.

3. What does the 'R' mean and why is it added to A4?

The R stands for Reverse and due to the weight of the transfer paper it has been pre-curled to prevent jams in the printer/copier.

4. What is the difference between A4 and A4-XL?

The only difference is the size: A4 has a dimension of is 210 x 297 mm and A4-XL has a dimension 220 x 420 mm.

5. Why are there arrows on the backside of the transfer papers?

It determines the feed direction of the printers.

6. Can CPM 6.2 also be used for outdoor applications?

The toner of a laser printer is not itself UV-resistant. By using TheMagicTouch Coverseal you can make the product UV-resistant.

7. Can this transferpaper also run through an inkjet printer?

No, you can’t run TheMagicTouch CPM 6.2 through an inkjet printer. This paper is only suitable for dry toner color printers/copier.
