Why am I being forwarded to a master distributor?

Our Master Distributors can help you more quickly in your own language. Also, they are local to you and can help faster. The Master Distributor is carefully selected by TheMagicTouch and only receives this status after many years of loyal and trustworthy cooperation. If you have any reason not buying from one of our Master Distributors, please contact us.

What’s the status of my order?

As soon as your order has been received, you will receive an update by email from our order department. They will discuss with you how you want the order to be sent.

The following questions will be asked:

  1. Which forwarding company you prefer.
  2. How you want to handle customs obligations (if necessary)
  3. Information about the weight and sizes (package or pallet)
  4. When the order is expected to be ready.

What does the stock status ‘Temporarily sold out’ mean?

That means we don’t have the product in stock. Register on the product page to stay informed. You’ll receive a notification via email as soon as the product is available again.

Is the product out of stock?

Our priority is to always have all products in stock. If so, these products can be shipped immediately. However, it can happen that a product is not in stock. Is the product out of stock? Register on the product page to stay informed. You’ll receive a notification via email as soon as the product is available again. If you have a private label, depending on the volume, it can take up to two or three weeks. Our order department will keep you up to date in every step of the way.

I received the wrong product(s)?

Although we always try to send everything in the right order, we hereby offer our sincerest apologies! Please go to our contact page, choose the order department, and give your order number with the information of what you missed. We will get to work to solve it as best as possible.

How do I change my order?

How can I place an order?

Do you have a return policy?

No, we do not have a return policy. This is because TheMagicTouch sends packages worldwide. This makes it impossible – and involves extremely high costs for both parties – to return items.

Can I add a product to my current order?

This depends on the status of the order. To at least try to merge products, we recommend that you contact us as soon as possible.
