TheMagicTouch Application Support Kit is a useful tool to fill in imperfections during printing. It ensures that buttons, zippers and seams remain protected under the transfer press.
Information
The Support Kit consists of a grey rubber mat of approximately 10 mm with a fine waffle structure. The kit also comes with 10x cardboard sheets.
The support kit is used in various applications to ensure that the pressure of the press (and therefore the print) ends up in the right place on the product. By putting the Support kit mat under the product, for example, it can be ensured that a zipper or buttons do not come into contact with the heat plate. With the supplied cardboard, filling pieces can be cut that can be placed on the zipper or buttons for protection.

1. TheMagicTouch Application Support Kit comes with cardboard sheets. What are they for?
These are made from heat resistant cardboard (they do not curl when heated) and can be used to cover zippers, buttons, or related items next to the pad itself during pressing to prevent that they melt or damage due to the heat.
2. Can I cut the Application Pad to size?
Sure, for many smaller applications like for instance small logo’s, you can cut the Application Pad to a size slightly bigger than the print so just a small area around the transfer will be pressed.
