1. What do the various ink messages on your LCD screen indicate?

You’ll receive ink level notifications on your LCD screen at two specific times.

Low Ink simply indicates that you still have at least 10% of that color ink left. It’s a good opportunity to start thinking about purchasing replacements, although you won’t need to change them until the LCD displays the replace ink or depleted ink message.

Replace Ink or Depleted Ink message prompts you to replace ink cartridges. You only need to swap out the affected colors before you can continue printing. As a safety measure, printing is disabled until the ink cartridges are replaced to protect your Sawgrass printer.

2. Are Sawgrass ink cartridges recyclable?

Sawgrass takes great care to ensure that our products are as environmentally friendly and sustainable as possible. As the end user of a Sawgrass system, your participation in minimizing the impact of electronic waste is vital. Ink cartridges and printers should not be disposed of with regular household waste, but properly dispose of them according to local ordinances.
