TheMagicTouch ORD 8.1 is used for printing flat glass and acrylic. After printing, the TheMagicTouch ORD 8.1 remains on the back of the glass/acrylic, creating full coverage. It is widely used for sports awards and photo frames because it is quick and easy to apply.
Paper size
The running direction of the transfer paper is determined during the production process to prevents the transfer from warping during printing.
- For A4 printers we recommend TheMagicTouch ORD 8.1 A4-R.
- For A3 printers we recommend TheMagicTouch ORD 8.1 A3 and TheMagicTouch ORD 8.1 A4.
Accessories
TheMagicTouch Application Sponge has the property of absorbing moisture and releasing moisture during pressing.
Finishing
TheMagicTouch ORD 8.1 remains in its entirety on the product. For a luxurious look, you can finish the end product with the TheMagicTouch ORD 8.1 Flock. This felt-like material has a self-adhesive layer. Examples are the back of plexiglass, acrylic and photo glass.

1. Do I need a heatpress?
With the TheMagicTouch ORD 8.1 you need a heat press.
2. Why does TheMagicTouch ORD 8.1 not have any trademark on the backing paper?
TheMagicTouch ORD 8.1 has no backside print on the carrier paper because the carrier paper remains on the product. A trademark could possibly be visible.
3. Can this transferpaper also run through an inkjet printer?
