TheMagicTouch DCT 4.5 is a waterslide decal transfer and is used as a sticker for spherical, non-heat resistant products. It is ultra-thin transfer, very easy to decorate and compatible with toner based color copiers and printers.
TheMagicTouch DCT 4.5 is a professional waterslide decal transfer and is used for pasting products, such as: candles, ceramics and model making. TheMagicTouch DCT 4.5 is compatible with the most color laser printers and LED color printers. Be sure to collect the right print settings, which can be found in our help center. After printing, the decal transfer paper is transferred using water.
There are three different variants:
1. TheMagicTouch DCT 4.5C (Clear).
This variant is transparent and used for white and light coloured backgrounds.
2. TheMagicTouch DCT Light C (Clear).
This ultra thin variant is transparent and used for white and light-coloured backgrounds.
3. TheMagicTouch DCT 4.5W (White).
This variant is white and is used on a dark backgrounds.
Accessories
The squeeze is a usefull accessoiry for applying the decal transfer. It does not absorb water and bends with everyone movement. If you don”t have a squeeze, you can take a clean dry cloth.

No, a waterslide decal is a water-based transfer and is applied like a sticker.
2. Are waterslide decals dishwasher safe?
No, we recommend TheMagicTouch CPM 6.2 for this.
3. What is the best after-treatment?
The best after-treatment is a blank coat.
4. Can this transferpaper also run through an inkjet printer?
No, you can’t run TheMagicTouch DCT 4.5 through an inkjet printer. This paper is only suitable for dry toner color printers/copier.
