The satin mugs gives a beautiful semi matte look. The special coating on the mugs is developed for printing with TheMagicTouch CPM 6.2 in combination with a laser or LED printer. The mugs are suitable for all coffee machines and meet the standards for dishwasher resistance.
Case of 36 pcs per color.
You can print the satin mugs with TheMagicTouch HTP621 mugpress or any other mugpress using a silicone pad, called the M-Pad.
The mugs are also available in yellow, royal blue, green and red. For dark coloured mugs you need a white toner printer.
Printing method
Transfer paper: TheMagicTouch CPM 6.2.
Processing TheMagicTouch CPM 6.2
- Print the design in mirror image.
- Attach the transfer with heat-resistant tape.
- Set the mug press to medium pressure (4 bar)
- Standby temperature of 140°C and press temperature of 150°C.
- Place the M-pad around the mug mat and place it in a 10 Oz element of the mug press.
- Press start and press for 40 seconds.
- Immerse the mug in cold water for 5 seconds.
- Remove the wearer lukewarm/ warm to cold.

TheMagicTouch CPM 6.2 is a single step toner transfer for printing onto hard surfaces. The most versatile way to decorate many different products and compatible with toner based color copiers and printers.
Accessories
TheMagicTouch M-Pad is a white rubber mat for printing mugs with TheMagicTouch CPM 6.2 transfer paper. The mat prevents the structure of the heat element from becoming visible in the print and ensures an optimal end result.
1. Can additional protection be added?
Yes, you can. You do this by heating it in a hot air oven at 150℃ for 5 minutes.
