TheMagicTouch A-Pad is a thick silicone pad and used for certain TheMagicTouch CPM 6.2 applications. The set includes a pair of gloves to protect your hands when the pad becomes hot after pressing.
1. Are these gloves the same as oven or BBQ mitts?
Not quite. To provide more feel during the transfer process they are less thick and not as padded. The temperature of an oven or BBQ is a lot higher and requires more padding. To make hot peeling of transfers easier our Heat Resistant Gloves are thinner to provide enough protection but still make easy peeling of the carrier possible.
