Step 1: Install the printer driver

Important: Make sure your printer is connected via USB cable and ready to print.

  • OKI printers: Download and install the correct driver
  • Ricoh printers: Download and install the correct driver.

Other printers: Refer to your printer manual for specific installation instructions.

Step 2: Install TheMagicTouch Software Basic

  1. Download: Download the installation file
  2. Extract: Create a new folder and extract the downloaded file into it.
  3. Install: Open the extracted folder and double-click on “TheMagicTouch Software Basic ROW v69.exe”. Follow the on-screen instructions and activate the software with the license file
  4. Open the software: Start TheMagicTouch Software Basic.
  5. Install license: Go to the “Extra” menu and select “Install license”.
  6. Select file: Find the license file you received by email and open it.

Done! You can now start printing.

Tips

Save the license file: Save the license file in a safe place, for example in a separate folder on your computer.
Do not change the file name: Make sure you do not change the name of the license file.
Problems: If you experience problems during installation, please consult the manual or contact customer service.

Preparation

Connect Printer: Make sure your OKI printer is connected to your computer via USB cable and turned on.

Step 1: Install Printer Driver

  • Download: Download the correct printer driver for your OKI model.
  • Install: Follow the installation instructions that come with the downloaded driver.

Step 2: Install TheMagicTouch Software Pro

  1. Download: Download the installation file for TheMagicTouch Software Pro.
  2. Extract: Create a new folder and extract the downloaded file into it.
  3. Install: Open the extracted folder and double-click on “TheMagicTouch Pro ROW v27.exe”. Follow the on-screen instructions.

Step 3: Activate the software with the license file

  1. Open the software: Start TheMagicTouch Software Pro.
  2. Install license: Go to the “Extra” menu and choose “Install License”.
  3. Select file: Find the license file you received by email and open it.

Step 4: Configure the printer driver

  1. Open settings: In TheMagicTouch Software Pro, go to the “Extra” menu and choose “Printer Driver Setting”.
  2. Disable driver: Enable the “Printer Driver Disable” option. This will make TheMagicTouch Software Pro control the printer directly.

Done! You can now start printing from TheMagicTouch Software Pro.

Important

  • Do not change the license name: Make sure you do not change the name of the license file.
  • Save the license file: Save the license file in a safe place for future use.
  • Change the printer driver: If you want to print from other programs, re-enable the printer driver using the steps above.
