Enamel mugs give a nice retro look to the traditional coffee mug and are resistant to a beating. The enamel mugs are powder coated only not dishwasher safe.
Information
The enamelled mugs are coated with TheMagicTouch transfer paper. The enamel mugs are perfect for personalisation and are widely used for camping, picnics or any other outdoor event, but look just as good at the office or at home.
Printing method
Transfer paper: TheMagicTouch CPM 6.2.
Processing TheMagicTouch CPM 6.2
- Print the design in mirror image.
- Attach the transfer to the enamel mug with heat-resistant tape.
- Set the mug press to medium pressure (4 bar)
- Standby temperature of 140°C and press temperature of 150°C.
- Place TheMagicTouch M-pad around the enamel mug and place it in a 10 Oz element of the mug press.
- Press start and press for 40 seconds.
- Immerse the enamel mug in cold water for 5 seconds.
- Remove the carrier lukewarm/ cold.
Tip
Heat the enamel cup in a hot air oven at 150°C for 5 minutes, this provides extra protection for the mug.

TheMagicTouch M-Pad is a white rubber mat for printing mugs with TheMagicTouch CPM 6.2 transfer paper. The mat prevents the structure of the heat element from becoming visible in the print and ensures an optimal end result.
