• A heat press
• Release Paper
• MagiCut Premium Flock
• A weeding tool

Processing Specifications

• Heat Transfer Film: MagiCut Premium Flock (HTV)
• Temperature: 160° C / 320° F
• Pressure: medium
• Pressing Time: 15 seconds
• Strip: Cold

Preparations

Load the MagiCut Premium Flock in your cutting plotter and cut the design.
Weed the design by removing all unwanted parts of the Flock.
Repeat this for the second part of the design.

Application Process design part #1

• Set the heat press to the required setting: 160°C / 320°F and 10 seconds, medium pressure.
• Place the garment onto the heat press.
• Place the Premium Flock transfer on the garment, carrier side up.
• Press for the set time.
• Let the Garment cool down.
• Remove the liner cold.
• Repeat the above for the second colour.
• Remove the liner cold.

Finally

Do not use more pressure than necessary to get the best result. A pressure too high will flatten the flock vibers.
